某军区医院放射源全寿命管理现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解某军区医院放射源使用和管理的基本情况,为减少放射事故的发生,确保放射工作人员和公众的健康提供依据。方法依据国家相关法律法规,采用调查表、现场检查和防护监测的方法,对所有医院进行调查和监督监测。结果军区医院共有涉源单位20家,涉及多种放射性核素,放射源管理存在管理人员不专业,制度不落实,档案不健全,健康管理不规范和源存放和废源处置不规范等若干问题。结论加强自我管理和严格的卫生监督执法是放射源全寿命管理的关键。Objective To understand the basic situation of radioactive sources use and security manage -ment in our military hospitals , reduce the radiation accidents and provide the basis for the radiation workers and public health .Method According to relevant national laws and regulations , the methods of questionnaire , on-site inspection and radioactivity level monitoring were used .Results 20 hospitals had used radioactive sources and involved a variety of radioactive nuclide , and still had some management problems in radioactive sources .Such as administrator are not professional , the system is not unexecuted , the file is not perfect , health management is not standard, the source storage and waste source disposal is not standard , etc.Conclusion Strengthening self -management and strict health supervision were the keys of radioactive sources life cycle management .
