摘　　要：专业技术干部考评工作对增强专业技术干部素质,提高医院医疗服务质量具有重要意义。本文对专业技术干部的考评原则、考评存在的问题及完善措施等进行分析,旨在提高考评工作质量,促进专业技术干部队伍建设,推动医院发展。The evaluation of professional technical cadres is of great significance for the enhancement of ca -dres quality and the improvement of hospital medical service quality .The article analyzed the principles , problems and improvement measures of the evaluation of professional technical cadres , so as to improve the evaluation quality, promote the development of the cadres and the hospital .
