摘  要:目的分析368名飞行员X线资料,了解腰骶角、承重线和许莫氏结节的关系,为招飞和改装体检及健康鉴定提供依据。方法对2012年以来368名飞行员腰椎摄片检查,对腰骶角和承重线进行测量,分析腰骶角、承重线和许莫氏结节的关系。结果腰骶角增大组许莫氏结节发生率非常显著高于正常组(P<0.01),承重线前移组许莫氏结节发生率显著高于正常组(P<0.05)。许莫氏结节患病率13.6%,大部分位于腰5,达92.3%。结论在航空环境下,腰骶角增大、承重线前移会促进飞行员腰椎许莫氏结节的形成。Objective To investigate the relationship between alteration of lumbar struction and Scmorl nodes by analyzing 368 cases of lumbar spine with digital radiography( DR) in pilots physical examination. And to provide reference for medical assessment and physical examination for transfer to new fighter and recuting pilots. Methods Three hundred and sixty-eight pilots were examined by lumbar spine DR since 2012 in our center. Degree of lumbosacral angle and location of lumar line of gravity were recorded. And their relationships between Schmorl nodes were analyzed respectively.Results The morbidity rate of Schmorl nodes in the increased lumbosacral angle group and the forward displaced lumar line group were both significantly higher than in the normal group( χ^2= 9. 115,P〈 0. 01; χ^2= 5. 859,P〈 0.05). Conclusions increased lumbosacral angle and forward displaced lumar line of gravity played an important role during forming process of Schmorl nodes for pilots in aeronautical environment.
