摘  要:目的建立同时测明珠口服液中大黄酚和橙黄决明素的含量方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相A:乙腈,流动相B:0.1%磷酸溶液,检测波长:284 nm,流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温:25℃,进样量:5μL。结果大黄酚和橙黄决明素在5.960~59.600μg/mL和4.050μg^40.500μg/mL范围内线性关系良好;大黄酚的平均回收率为99.63%(RSD=1.23%)橙黄决明素的平均回收率为100.10%(RSD=1.04%)。结论该法操作简便、结果准确、分离效果好,适用用于明珠口服液中大黄酚和橙黄决明素的同时测定。Objective Simultaneous measuring content of chrysophanol and aurantio obtusin pearl oral liquid. Methods Separation was carried out on a Shiseido Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18( 4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm),The mobile phase acetonitrile mobile phase: A,B: 0. 1% phosphate solution,the detection wavelength was at 284 nm,and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL /min,The column temperature: 25℃,injection volume: 5 μL. Results The linear range of Chrysophanol and aurantio obtusin were 5. 960 ~ 59. 600 μg /mL and 4. 050 ~ 40. 500 μg /mL,respectively both showing a good linear relationship,and the average recovery were 99. 63%( RSD = 1. 23%) and 100. 10%( RSD = 1. 04%).Conclusions The method is simple,accurate,good separation effect,suitable for pearl oral liquid of chrysophanol and aurantio obtusin simultaneous determination.
