摘　　要：外科手术学基础是外科教学的一个重要组成部分,是连接基础理论学习与外科临床实习的桥梁。在胃穿孔修补术教学章节中适当增添了胃造瘘术的授课内容,在不明显增加授课时间和实验器材的情况下,使学生进一步掌握了胃造瘘术及更加形象地理解和掌握了造瘘管的拔除术,取得了良好的教学效果。Fundamental Operations in Surgery is an essential part of surgery teaching, as well as a bridge between basic theoretic study and clinical practice. The author adds teaching contents of gastrostomy to the chapter of repairment of gastric perforation （gastrorrhaphy） properly without extending teaching time and experimental equipments. Through it students can master gastrostomy and get a better view of the removement of ifstula vividly, which gained agreeable teaching effects.
