摘　　要：罗沙替丁醋酸酯属第4代组胺H2受体阻滞剂,由北京四环制药有限公司首仿并生产(商品名:杰澳),为国家3.1类新药(国药准字H20120076)。与传统的H2受体阻滞剂西咪替丁、雷尼替丁和法莫替丁相比,其在疗效与安全性上有了较大的改进,其不良反应的总发生率为1.7%。本文对罗沙替丁醋酸酯的药理作用、药动学、临床应用和安全性等方面进行述评。Roxatidine acetate is the fourth generation histamine H2 receptor antagonist,and the first generic drug in China（trade name：Jieao） 3.1 sorts of new medicine（approval certificate No.H20120076）.It has been improved much more in safety and efficacy than cimetidine,ranitidine and famotidine.The overall rate of adverse drug reactions of roxatidine acetate is 1.7%.The pharmacological action,pharmacokinetics,clinical applications and safety of roxatidine acetate were reviewed in this paper.
