摘　　要：国家药物政策以促进药物安全可及和合理用药为基本目标,是保障人民群众临床用药需求的基础政策,有利于优化配置有限的社会医疗资源。而医药产业的发展与国家药物政策密不可分,相辅相成,需要得到应有的重视。世界上已有108个国家颁布了国家药物政策,本文研究了其中的47个国家,在这47个国家中,国家药物政策中涉及医药产业发展的国家有16个,并解读了典型国家的政策内容,以期为我国加速出台国家药物政策,同时平衡医药产业发展提供支持和建议。National Drug Policy is aimed to improve safety and accessibility of medicine as well as to promote rational drug use.It is the basic policy to guarantee the demand of public clinical drug use,and to optimize allocation of medical resources.Relatively,the development of pharmaceutical industry is closely contacted to National Drug Policy,which should get enough attention.In this paper,we discussed 47 countries of the 108 countries,which have published National Drug Policy in the world,and 16 therein countries include pharmaceutical industry development.Besides,we also analyzed some policy details of typical countries to provide advices to publish National Drug Policy and balance the pharmaceutical industry development.
