开郁清热法治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:开郁清热法治疗2型糖尿病(type2diabetesmellitus,T2DM)合并高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia)的临床效果。方法:将T2DM合并高尿酸血症的患者98例随机分为两组,每组各49例,对照组患者采用降糖降压治疗及生活方式干预方案并加用盐酸吡格列酮片15mg/d,观察组在对照组的基础上实施开郁清热法治疗,并观察患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)及血脂TG、TC、Cr等指标变化。结果:观察组总有效率为93.88%,而对照组为89.90%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后FBG、P2Hb BG、BUA及血脂均得到良好的改善(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后BUA、TG、TC与对照组比较改善更加明显(P<0.05)。结论:开郁清热法治疗T2DM合并高尿酸血症具有较好的疗效,并能改善基血脂水平。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Kaiyu Qingre treatment（opening qi depression and clearing away heat） for type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） combined hyperuricemia.Methods：98 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） combined hyperuricemia were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated by oral glucose-lowering antihypertensive therapy and lifestyle intervention program and used with pioglitazone hydrochloride 15 mg/d.On the basis of the control group,the observation group implemented Kaiyu Qingre treatment.Indexes of fasting blood glucose （FBG）before and after treatment, blood lipid of TG,TC,Cr were observed. Results：total effective rates of observation group and control group were 93.88%and 89.90%, and the difference between two groups has no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.After the treatment,FBG, P2HbBG, BUA and blood lipids in observation group were improved （P〈0.05）. BUA, TG, TC after the treatment in Observation group improved much more significantly than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Kaiyu Qingre treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus combined hyperuricemia has a good curative effect and can improve the blood lipid level.
