推拿配合舒筋散熏洗治疗膝骨性关节炎30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿配合舒筋散治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例,采用推拿加舒筋散熏洗治疗;对照组30例,用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗。比较两组治疗前后症状变化和临床疗效,测定治疗前后关节滑液中IL-1的含量。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者的症状和疗效及IL-1含量均有降低(P<0.05)。结论:推拿配合舒筋散熏洗可明显改善膝骨性关节炎患者的临床症状。Purpose：To observe the clinical effects of knee osteoarthritis treated with Tuina and Shujin Powder.Methods：60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the treatment were given the therapy of Tuina and Shujin Powder, while 30 cases in the control group were given sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injections. The changes of symptoms and clinical effects were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment in order to test the content of IL-1 in the synovial fluid. Results：Compared with the condition before treatment, the symptoms and clinical effects of two groups and the content of IL-1 had both decreased （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effects on patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with Tuina and Shujin Powder can be improved significantly.
