调肝活血汤联合Palomo手术治疗少弱精子症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察经验方"调肝活血汤"联合Palomo手术治疗精索静脉曲张相关少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法:选取99名精索静脉曲张症相关不育患者,分成三组。试验组(G1)采用调肝活血汤联合Palomo手术治疗,中药对照组(G2)单独采用调肝活血汤口服治疗,手术对照组(G3)采用Palomo手术治疗,共2个疗程,每个疗程3个月,观察治疗前后精液质量的变化。结果:试验组在提高精液质量及降低精子畸形率方面优于另外两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调肝活血汤联合Palomo术治疗精索静脉曲张相关少弱精子症具有良好的效果。Objective：To observe the efficacy of Tiaogan Huoxue decoction integrated with Palomo operation on oligoasthenospermia.Methods：99 patients with infertility caused by varicocele were randomly divided into three groups. Patients in the G1 treatment group were treated with Tiaogan Huoxue Decoction integrated with Palomo operation. Patients in the G2 control group were treated with Tiaogan Huoxue decoction and patients in the G3 control group were treated with Palomo operation. The therapeutic efficacy were evaluated after 2 treatment periods. Results：The treatment group shows a better effect than two control groups in improving sperm quality and reducing aberration rate, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Tiaogan Huoxue decoction integrated with Palomo operation can improve the sperm quality for the patients with oligoasthenospermia.
