周围性面瘫60例分期针灸治疗临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探究对周围性面瘫患者应用分期针灸治疗的临床疗效。方法：选自本院2011年～2013年收治的周围性面瘫患者120例，以随机数字表的方式将其分为对照组与观察组，每组各有患者60例。对照组患者接受常规西医药物治疗，观察组患者则根据病程实际情况分为急性期、恢复期以及后遗症期，进行分期针灸治疗。结果：相对于对照组，观察组患者临床治疗总有效率具有显著优越性，两者差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对周围性面瘫患者应用分期针灸治疗方法能够取得突出的临床治疗效果，且患者不会出现严重不良反应，具有安全高效的优点，值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the clin ical efficacy of staging acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for patients with peripheral facial paraly sis. Methods：120 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were selected in the ho spital from 2011 to 2013 . A ccording to random number table, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, 60 p atients in each group. The patients in the control group w ere taken conventional western medicine treatment, while accor ding to the actual situation , the patients in the observation group were divided into acute, recovery and sequelae stages, and taken treatments respectively. Results：Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observati on group after clinical treatment has significant super iority, cont rasted statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The acupuncture treatment for patients with peripheral facial paralysis can achieve promin ent clinical efficacy without serious adverse reactions but the advantages of safety and effectiveness which is worthy of clinical application.
