摘  要:目的:探讨中药陈皮中有效成分橙皮苷的高效液相色谱测定法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:安捷伦ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇:0.2%三氟乙酸溶液(70:30,V/V),进样量为20μl,温度25℃,检测波长为283nm。结果:橙皮苷回归方程为:Y=3.6134×106X+3.6130×104,橙皮苷在42.84μg/ml^4284μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.40%(n=6,RSD=2.39%)。结论:高效液相色谱法测定中药陈皮中有效成分橙皮苷含量,方法简单、快速、准确,重现性好、稳定性强,是测定陈皮中橙皮苷含量的有效方法。Objective:To explore the high Performance Liquid Chromatography of hesperidin in citrus reticulata of Chinese Citrus hesperidin. Methods:The HPLC was taken, Column:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase:methanol:0.2%trifluoroacetic acid (70:30, V/V), the injection volume was 20μl, temperature was 25℃, the detection wavelength was 283nm. Results:The hesperidin regression equation was:Y=3.6134 × 106X+3.6130 × 104, hesperidin in 42.84μg/ml^4284μg/ml was with good linear relationship (r=0.9997), the average recovery was 99.40%(n=6, RSD=2.39%). Conclusion:High Performance Liquid Chromatography in the determination of hesperidin in citrus reticulata of Chinese Citrus hesperidin is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible, and stability, and it is an effective method of Citrus Determination of hesperidin.
