摘　　要：解热镇痛类药物包括传统的非甾体类抗炎药(COX-1抑制剂)、非传统的非甾体类抗炎药(COX-2抑制剂和一氧化氮释放型NSAIDs)。本文介绍了NSAIDs的发展状况,各类型NSAIDs的作用机制和临床特点。并指出在今后的一段时期内,研究COX-2选择性抑制剂仍是主攻方向,而且开发NO-NSAIDs也会成为降低NSAIDs的不良反应,增加其疗效的途径之一。Objective：Anti-inflam-matory drugs include tr aditional non-steroidal an ti-inflam-matory drug （COX-1 inh ibitor）, non-traditional non-steroidal anti-inflam-matory drug （COX-2 in hibitors and nitri coxide-releasing NSAIDs）. This article introduces the development of NSAIDs, the role of various types of NSAIDs mechanisms and clinical features.In the next period of time, COX-2 selective inhibitor is st ill the main direction of the development of NO-NS AIDs will become one method to reduce the adverse effects of NSAIDs and increase the efficacy.
