益肺活血复方对模拟潜艇环境下家兔NO和ET-1的影响

摘  要:目的模拟潜艇环境,观察益肺活血复方对家兔血清和肺组织匀浆中一氧化氮(NO)及血管内皮素-1(ET-1)含量的影响。方法选用HOPE-MED 8050系列动式染毒系统模拟潜艇环境。家兔随机分为空白组、模型组、益肺活血复方低、高剂量(0.2、0.7 g·kg-1·d-1)组、地塞米松(0.2 ml·kg-1·d-1)组,每组15只,按照潜艇气体环境造模染毒,每天染毒4 h,同时每天肌肉注射给药1次,连续14 d后取家兔静脉血清及肺组织匀浆观察NO及ET-1水平变化。结果模型组较空白组血清及肺组织匀浆中NO含量显著升高(P<0.05),ET-1水平显著降低(P<0.05)。益肺活血复方高剂量组及地塞米松组与模型组相比较,血清、肺组织匀浆中NO含量均提高,ET-1水平降低,且均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。益肺活血复方高剂量较地塞米松提高NO含量效果更加明显(P<0.05)。益肺活血复方高剂量效果明显优于低剂量(P<0.05)。结论潜艇环境中部分有害气体长期作用会降低家兔肺组织及血液NO的含量,同时提高ET-1水平,益肺活血复方可以改善这两项指标,对家兔肺组织及血管起到一定的保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of Yifei Huoxue decoction on secretion of NO and ET-1 in serum and lungtissue of rabbits in a simulated submarine environment with harmful gases. Methods Main poisonous gases in submarines were mixed by HOPE-8050 series dynamic inhalation toxicology system. Seventy-five rabbits were random- ly and evenly divided into control group group, model group, Yifei Huoxue decoction low-dose ( 0.2 g 丶 kg- 1丶 d -1 ) group, Yifei Huoxue decoction high-dose(0.7 g丶kg-1丶d -1 ) group ,and dexamethasone(0.2 ml 丶kg-1 丶d -1 ) group. Af- ter 14 days in the exposure system,4 hours a day,the level of NO and ET-1 in rabbits' serum and lung tissue was ob- served. Results In model group,the NO content significantly reduced while the level of ET-1 increased( P 〈 0.05 ). In Yifei Huoxue decoction high-dose group and dexamethasone group, the content of NO in serum and lung tissue of rabbits was significantly higher than in control group. Conclusion The long-term effect of harmful gases in a subma- rine will reduce the NO content in lung tissue of rabbits, while increasing the level of ET-1. Yifei Huoxue decoction can improve the two indicators and effectively protect the rabbit lung tissue and blood vessels.
