摘　　要：目的测定脊痛宁胶囊对1,1-二苯基-2-苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基及超氧阴离子(O2-)自由基的清除作用。方法采用电子自旋共振(ESR)技术对脊痛宁胶囊清除DPPH以及O2-的能力进行检测。结果脊痛宁胶囊清除和抑制DPPH及O2-自由基的EC50分别为0.209 mg·ml-1和0.299 mg·ml-1。结论脊痛宁胶囊对DPPH及O2-自由基均有较好的清除作用,并呈现出一定的量效关系。Objective To examine the scavenging effect of Jingtongning capsules on free radicals of 1,1-di- phenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl （DPPH） hydrate and superoxide anion （O2）. Methods The scavenging effect of Jingtongning capsules on DPPH and O2- free radicals was studied by electron spin resonance spin trapping method. Results The ECs0 value of Jingtongning capsules on DPPH and O2 - free radicals was 0. 209 mg -ml- l and 0. 299 mg丶 ml- 1, respectively. Conclusion DPPH and O2 - contents decrease with the increase of the concentration of Jingtongning capsules, showing a dose-effect relationship.
