摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定氯化铵甘草口服溶液中吗啡的含量。方法以辛烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，0．0025mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠溶液-0．05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈（42：42：16）为流动相，检测波长为220nm；流速：1．0ml·min-1；柱温：30℃。结果吗啡在0．001403～0．01403mg·ml-1的范围内线性关系良好（r=1．0000），平均回收率为99．59％，RSD为0．24％（n=9）。结论本方法简便、测定结果准确，重复性好，可用于氯化铵甘草口服溶液中吗啡的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of morphine in Ammonium Chloride and Licorice Mixture. Methods CAPCELL PAK Cs （4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） Col. No. BDAD01648 column was used, and the mobile phase was composed of 0. 0025 mol 丶L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate solution-0. 05 tool -L - 1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile （42 ： 42 ： 16 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml 丶min - l , de- tection wavelength was 220 nm, and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curves of morphine showed a good linear relation ship over the range of 0.001 403 -0. 014 03 mg 丶ml-1 （ r = 1. 0000 ）. The average recovery of morphine was 99.59% and RSD was 0.24% （ n = 9）. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of morphine in Ammonium Chloride and Lico- rice Mixture.
