摘 要:针对目前油水分离—污水净化方面的问题,提出采用有机硅树脂改性滤纸。通过有机硅树脂浸润滤纸,再利用氨水催化进行一步缩聚反应,形成表面由非极性基团组成的多孔疏水材料,进而研究其油水分离的性能。应用宏观亲油疏水性测试,研究反应条件和参数对疏水性的影响,并进行可重复利用性的表征。应用电镜测试,观察样品的微观结构,并讨论不同浸渍次数对复合效果的影响。结果表明经一次浸渍后,改性滤纸纤维表面包覆有机硅涂层,同时纤维间仍然保留了其交织孔隙结构,由此获得了良好的疏水吸油的性质。In order to solve the present problems of oil-water separation and sewage purification, a method to modify the filter paper with silicone resin was proposed. The filter paper was infiltrated by silicone, and then the one-step condensation reaction of silicon hydroxyl groups was catalyzed by ammonia to form hydrophobic porous material whose surface was covered with nonpolar groups. The oil-water separation performance of this modified paper was investigated. The effects of reaction conditions and parameters on hydrophobic property were studied by macroscopic lipophilic and hydrophobic test. And the reutilization was characterized. The microstructure of samples was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results indicated that after infiltration for one time, the surface of modified filter paper was coated with silicone and the pore structure was preserved, which brought an excellent oil-water separation property.
