摘 要:通过1-萘乙腈在酸催化下合成1-萘乙酸,进而与乙醇发生酯化反应合成1-萘乙酸乙酯。考察了不同酸浓度及酸体系对1-萘乙腈水解反应的影响,确定混合酸H2SO4∶HOAc∶H2O=1∶1∶1(V%)为最佳酸催化体系;同时考察了酸醇质量体积比对酯化反应的影响,确定了酸醇质量体积比为1∶3;并对产物进行了红外结构分析,确定合成的为目标化合物。The 1-naphthylacetic acid is synthesized from 1-naphthyl acetonitrile with the catalysis of acid, and then the esterification reaction takes place between the 1-naphthylacetic acid and ethanol to prepare ethyl 1-naphthylacetate. The effects of different concentrations of acid and various kinds of acid system on the hydrolysis of 1-naphthylacetonitrile are investigated, and the optimal acid system is confirmed as follows: H2SO,: HOAc:H2O=1:1:1 (volume ratio). The influence of mass volume ratio of acid to alcohol on the esterification is also researched and determined which is 1:3; the product is confirmed to be the target compound through IR spectrum.
