气滞胃痛冲剂治疗消化性溃疡随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察气滞胃痛冲剂治疗消化性溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将153例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组78例奥美拉唑80mg＋5%葡萄糖25mL,1次/d,静滴,0.5-1h内完成。治疗组75例气滞胃痛冲剂,2.5g/次,3次/d,开水冲服。均连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡状况、呕血、黑便症状、出血量、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈40例,显效23例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率93.33%。对照组治愈35例,显效15例,有效17例,无效11例,总有效率85.90%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]气滞胃痛冲剂治疗消化性溃疡效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the curative effect of Qizhiweitong granule in treating peptic ulcer. [ Methods ] Usingrandomized controlled methods, 153 patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 78 cases ofomeprazole 80mg＋5% glucose 25mL, 1 /d, intravenous drip, completed within 0.5 -1b. The treatment group of 75cases of Qizhiweitong granule, 2.5g/, 3/d, boiling water flushes the clothing. The two groups were continuous treatment with 5D for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, hematemesis, melena symptoms, amount of bleeding, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment groupcured 40 cases, effective in 23 cases, effective 10 cases, invalid 5 cases, the total efficiency of 93.33%. The control group cured 35 cases, effective in 15 cases, effective 17 cases, invalid 11 cases, the total efficiency of 85.90%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Qizhiweitong granule in treating peptic ulcereffect is significant, worthy of promotion.
