软坚散结散治疗甲状腺腺瘤随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察软坚散结散治疗甲状腺腺瘤疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组40例左旋甲状腺素片,100-200ug/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组40例软坚散结散（醋柴胡15g,牡蛎30g,猫爪草9g,玄参15g,醋香附10g,白芍12g,醋郁金10g,红花、川芎、橘红各15g,黄芩12g,当归20g,昆布、海藻、丹参各12g,夏枯草15g,土贝母10g,山慈菇12g,全蝎9g）,1剂/d,水煎250mL,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、甲状腺性状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效20例,无效5例,总有效率87.50%。对照组显效5例,有效22例,无效13例,总有效率67.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]软坚散结散治疗甲状腺腺瘤效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the efficacy of treating thyroid Endometriosis scattered. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 80 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. Levothyroxine tablets 40 cases in the control group, 100 - 200ug / times, 1 times / d, orally. Endometriosis treatment group, 40 cases of bulk （ vinegar Chai Hu 15g, oysters 30g, Maozhaocao 9g, Scrophulariaceae 15g, vinegar Cyperus 10g, white peony root 12g, vinegar, turmeric 10g, safflower, Chuanxiong, orange each 15g, Scutellaria 12g, angelica 20g, kelp, seaweed, Salvia 12g, Prunella 15g, Bolbostemma 10g, indica 12g, Scorpio 9g）, 1剂/d, decoction 250mL, sooner or later orally. 30d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 15 cases markedly effective in 20 cases, five cases, the total efficiency of 87.50%. Group 5 cases markedly effective in 22 cases, 13 cases, the total efficiency of 67.50%. Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Endometriosis casual treatment of thyroid adenoma effect is remarkable, worthy of promotion.
