从血分论治寻常型银屑病

摘　　要：寻常型银屑病(白疕)顽固难治易复发,"白疕,肤如疹疥,色白而痒,搔起白疕,俗呼蛇风",从血论治历史悠久,上可推溯至隋唐,古今各家各派认识虽有差别,始终不离"气血"、"血分",血分发病为历代医家广泛认同,现代学者也持赞同态度;病机核心是血热内蕴,以血为本,先成血热,继后血虚、血燥、血寒,重则成血毒,血瘀贯穿全程,故宜以血为纲,"从血分论治",学者普遍赞同辨证分型以血热型、血燥型、血瘀型为主;治疗应分析病因,秉承病机,从血分入手,辨证分型,审因论治,活血祛瘀、清血解毒、补血润燥等;血热者清热凉血,血虚者补血通络,血燥者滋阴润燥,血瘀者化瘀通络;同时配合外用药物涂擦、洗浴、熏蒸等,内外同治,气血双调,达到机体平衡状态,从而达到控制发展甚至治疗治愈的目的。Psoriasis vulgaris （ Baipi ） stubborn refractory easy relapse, ＂Baipi, skin rash itch, color white and itch, scratch on Baipi, common to call the snake wind＂, from the blood differentiation has a long history and can push on that sui and tang dynasties, historically different researchers know, though there are differences, forever on the ＂qi＂, ＂blood＂, the distribution of blood disease for all previous dynasties and has been widely accepted by the acknowledgement of modern scholars also agree ; Core pathogenesis is intrinsic blood heat, blood, for this, first into blood heat, blood deficiency, blood dryness, blood after the cold, or into the blood poison, blood stasis runs through the whole, so the appropriate with blood, ＂from blood differentiation＂, scholars generally agree that syndrome differentiation type is given priority to with XieReXing, XieSaoXing and blood stasis type;Treatment should analyze the cause, adhering to the pathogenesis, from blood, syndrome differentiation, treatment based on trial for, and qing qi and remove stasis blood detoxification, blood dryness, ete;Blood fever heat cool blood, blood deficiency of blood know lno, can nourish dry blood dryness, blood stasis blood know luo; And coupled with external use medicine inunction, bath, fumigation, etc., internal and external stagnation, qi double adjustable, reach the body balance, so as to achieve the goal of control development even treatment to cure.
