摘　　要：[目的]观察舒心解痛方联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组40例抗血小板治疗,阿司匹林,50-150mg/次,1次/d;二硝酸异山梨醇酯,20mg/次,3次/d。治疗组40例舒心解痛方（黄芪10g,当归、降香、丹参各15g,人参20g,川芎10g）,1剂/d,400mL水煎至100mL,1次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作、硝酸甘油用量、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效29例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效19例,有效11例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]舒心解痛方联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observc the light pain combined western medicine therapy of coronary heart disease angina pectoris curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 80 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. Control group, 40 cases of antlplatelet therapy, aspirin, 50 - 150 mg/times, 1 / d. Two isosorbide nitrate ester, 20 mg/time, 3 times/ d. Treatment group （ 40 cases shu xin pain party （ Huangqi 10 g, Danggui, Jiangxiang, Danshen each 15g, Renshen 20 g, Chuanqiong 10g ） ; I/d, till 100 ml and 400 ml water, 1/d. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 14 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group 29 cases had marked effect, 9 cases of effective and ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 95.00%. Control group 19 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases, 10 cases of invalid, the total effective rate was 75.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （/9〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Pain shu xin solution party combined western medicine therapy of coronary heart disease angina pectoris effect is remarkable, is worth promoting .
