导痰汤联合西药治疗复发性多软骨炎1例报告

摘　　要：报告1例导痰汤联合西药治疗复发性多软骨炎。强的松40mg/d,环磷酰胺0.6g冲击治疗、马斯平、沐舒坦抗炎平喘等对症治疗。导痰汤(半夏20g,陈皮15g,枳实、茯苓各15g,白术、当归各12g,木香、桔梗、白前各10g,甘草6g,生姜10片),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚温服。经治疗,患者咳嗽、咳痰,憋气等症状逐渐减轻,出院前复查血恢复正常,疗效满意。Report of one case Daotan soup combined with Western treatment of recurrent polychondritis. Prednisone 40mg / d, 0.6g cyclophosphamide pulse therapy, Maxipime, Mucosolvin symptomatic treatment of asthma and other inflammatory. Dao Tan Tang （ Pinellia 20g, tangerine peel 15g, citrus aurantium, Poria 15g, Atractylodes, Angelica 12g, woody, bellflower, white beforethe 10g, licorice6g, ginger 10）, a/d, decoction 200mL, morning and evening, warm clothes. After treatment, the patient cough, sputum, breath and other symptoms gradually reduced before discharge review of blood back to normal, satisfactory.
