综合护理联合常规治疗干预慢性肾功能衰竭随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察综合护理联合常规治疗干预慢性肾功能衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将83例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组,对照组41例①常规治疗。包醛氧化淀粉,5g/次,3次/d,口服;爱西特,1.5g/次,3次/d,口服;②泌尿内科常规护理。护理组42例中医护理方法为主的综合性护理干预,a.情志护理,b.饮食起居护理,c.避免六淫侵袭护理;常规治疗及护理同对照组。两组均护理7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、Scr、BUN、不良反应。连续护理4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]护理组显效17例,有效23例,无效2例,总有效率95.24%。对照组显效10例,有效19例,无效12例,总有效率70.73%。护理组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]综合性护理联合常规治疗干预慢性肾功能衰竭效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the comprehensive nursing intervention combined with routine treatment and care of chronic renal failure treatment. [ Methods ] random parallel control method, 83 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups, 41 cases （1） conventional treatment. Package aldehyde oxidized starch, 5g / time, 3 times / d, orally;medical charcoal, 1.5g / time, 3 times / d, orally; （2） urinary routine medical care.. Care group 42 cases of Chinese medicine methods of care based integrated care intervention, a emotional care, b daily diet care, c to avoid the invasion six evils care; Conventional treatment and care with the control group. Both groups were nursing 7d course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 4 continuum of care treatment, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Care group 17 cases, effective in 23 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 95.24%. The control group 10 cases markedly effective in 19 cases, 12 cases, the total efficiency 70.73%. Care group was better than in the control group （ P 〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] Comprehensive nursing intervention combined with routine treatment and care of chronic renal failure effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
