上海市不同地区家庭医生培训需求分析(待续)

摘　　要：目的了解上海市家庭医生培训需求的内容。方法本课题对上海市3个地区社区医生进行了调查,采用现场调查方法。结果本次调查表明,上海市家庭医生培训主要需求为以下3个方面。1家庭医生培养理论需求调查表明:家庭医生的基本医疗、公共卫生、家庭健康理论知识需求很高。2家庭医生培养技能需求调查表明:家庭医生检验技术、心电图操作技术、B超操作技术、中医适宜技术、家庭健康管理技术以及急救技术也有高的要求,要引起培训部门的注意。3家庭医生培养相关理论和技能需求表明:家庭医生法律理论和技能需求、家庭医生沟通理论和技能需求、家庭医生社交礼仪理论和技能、家庭医生信息网络理论和技能以及家庭医生英语理论和技能也有高的要求,也提示有关部门的注意。结论 1完善临床医学基础教育。2加强全科医生的继续教育。3大力开展基层在岗医生转岗培训。4强化定向培养全科医生的技能培训。Objective To investigate the requirements for family doctor training in Shanghai community. Methods The community doctors in three regions in Shanghai City were investigated,and the spot survey was employed in the investigation. Results The main training requirements of family doctor include：1Requirement for theory： basic medical knowledge,public health knowledge and family health knowledge;2Requirement for skill： testing technology for the family doctors,ECG and B ultrasound technique,operation technology of TCM,family health management technology and first aid technique;3Other requirement： legal theory and skills,communication theory and skills,social etiquette and skills,information networks knowledge and skills,theory and skills in English using. Conclusion We should：1improve the basic education in clinical medicine. 2enhance the continuing education of general practitioner. 3carry out the job-transfer training in fully employed doctors at the basic level;4enhance the technical ability training of target-area general practitioners.
