摘  要:目的为了解铜陵市家长科学喂养知识的掌握情况,探讨符合本地区特点的科学喂养健康教育内容和方法,为今后开展相关工作提供理论依据。方法以2012年3—12月由铜陵市妇幼保健院进行儿童体检的家长共1011人为调查人群,自制调查表,内容包括被调查者一般情况、4个月内母乳喂养、辅食添加、食物营养及吸收相关知识等。结果铜陵市幼儿家长科学喂养知识知晓率49.55%。家长对母乳喂养、辅食添加等知识掌握情况较好;对食物是否含维生素A、D、C及钙、铁、锌等营养元素及如何促进其吸收相关知识掌握欠缺;文化程度低(χ2=37.859)及所处社会环境较差者(χ2=20.63)科学喂养知识掌握率低,经χ2检验差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论铜陵市仍需加强科学喂养知识宣传,特别是食物营养及吸收相关知识,通过多种渠道,使每位家长都能接触并掌握,达到知、信、行上良好的统一,促进儿童健康。Objective To investigate the feeding knowledge among parents of infants in Tongling and provide theoretical foundation for future propagating of scientific feeding methods. Methods The sample included 1101 parents of infants who received physical examination in this hospital from March to December in 2012 and parents of three kindergartens who received"1stJune"physical examinations by our hospital. Self-designed questionnaires were distributed and filled out on the spot so that we can answer each question clearly. Results The awareness rate of scientific feeding on knowledge was 49. 55%. The mastery of breast-feeding and complementary food knowledge was good among parents. The awareness of whether the food contains Vitamine A,D,C as well as microelement such as calcium,ferrum and zinc and how to improve children's nutrient ingestion was incomplete. The prevalence rate of feeding knowledge in the parents with low education level(χ^2= 37. 859) and in bad social circumstance(χ^2= 20. 63) was lower. The difference was significant by chi-square test(P〈0. 001). Conclusion We should strengthen the publication of scientific breast-feeding knowledge,especially the related knowledge of food nutrient and ingestion. Try to let every parent get the opportunity to get in touch with and master related knowledge in order to promote children's health.
