高血压病患者中医体质与生存质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压病患者中医体质特征及生存质量状况,并分析两者之间的相关性,为建立以改善高血压病患者生存质量为目的的中医体质护理方案奠定基础。方法选取高血压病患者225例,采用SF-36量表对其进行生存质量调查,采用《中医体质分类与判定》标准判定其中医体质类型,用二值多元Logistic回归分析方法,分析高血压病患者9种体质评分及相对应的生存质量各维度评分,探讨其相关性。结果中医体质中的痰湿体质与SF-36量表中的总体健康和生理功能呈负相关;阳虚体质与总体健康呈负相关;阴虚体质与生理功能和精神健康呈负相关;气虚质与生理功能和总体健康呈负相关;气郁体质与精神健康和生理功能呈负相关;血瘀体质与总体健康呈负相关;平和质与总体健康、精神健康以及活力呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论高血压病患者中医体质类型与生存质量不同维度具有一定相关性。Objective To discuss the characteristics of body constitution in Traditional Chinese Medicine and their quality of life of hypertensive patients,analyze the correlation between them,and provide basis for the establishment a nursing plan based on body constitution in Traditional Chinese Medicine that can improve the quality of life of hypertensive patients. Methods Total 225 cases of hypertension were enrolled and their quality of life by SF-36 and characteristics of body constitution in Traditional Chinese Medicine by＂Classification and Determination of Constitution in TCM＂were surveyed. Logistic regression analysis method was employed to analyze the body constitution score,quality of life and their relationship. Results Moderate constitution had positive correlation with general health,vitality and mental health. Phlegmdampness constitution had negative correlation with physiological function,and general health. Yin deficiency constitution had negative correlation with mental health and physical function. Yang-insufficiency constitution had negative correlation with general health. Qi-asthenia constitution had negative correlation with general health. Blood stasis constitution had negative correlation with general health. Qi depression had negative correlation with physiological function and mental health（P 0.01）. Conclusion The body constitution in Traditional Chinese Medicine has a certain correlation with different dimensions of quality of life in hypertensive patients.
