循证护理在周围静脉输液无痛穿刺中的应用

摘　　要：目的将循证护理应用于临床,寻求科学依据,探讨周围静脉输液患者无痛穿刺的科学方法,为患者提供优质护理服务,提升患者满意度。方法随机选取蚌医一附院骨科2013年1—3月收治的70例周围静脉输液患者,采用自身对照法,对照组采用传统的静脉穿刺方法,观察组按照循证护理的模式,引入最佳研究证据,在周围静脉输液无痛穿刺的实施过程中将最佳证据作为指导依据,改进了穿刺手势、穿刺方法、进针角度等,并在穿刺过程中实施心理干预。观察2组患者穿刺时的疼痛情况,对2组患者的疼痛体验进行比较,进行统计学分析。结果2组患者疼痛程度对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证指导使静脉输液无痛穿刺更具有科学性和有效性。循证护理作为一种理想的实践活动,指导护理人员应用最佳护理措施,对患者实施科学有效的护理,提高了照护水平,能最大限度地满足患者及家属的需求。Objective To explore the scientific method of peripheral intravenous infusion in painless puncture by application of the evidence based nursing in clinic for providing high quality nursing service and improving patients＇ satisfaction.Methods The data of 70 patients were randomly selected who received the peripheral intravenous infusion from January2013 to March 2013. Two groups were used self control method： the contrast group was used traditional method of venipuncture,then the observation group was used the evidence based nursing mode which lead into the best research evidence which as a guideline to improve puncture gesture,puncture method,the needle angle and so on. At the same time,the observation group made psychosocial interventions during the puncture process. The pain of two groups during puncture process was observed and statistical analysis was conducted by comparing the pain experience of two groups. Results There were significant differences in degree of pain of two groups. Conclusion Evidence based guidelines made intravenous infusion in painless puncture more scientific and effective. Evidence based nursing can be treated as an ideal practical activity instructed nurses using the best nursing measurement to nurse patients scientifically and effectively. It can improve the level of care and satisfy the maximum needs of the patients and their families.
