临床护理硕士心理资本现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理硕士心理资本现状及影响因素研究,为提升其心理资本水平,更好地服务临床提供干预依据。方法采用便利抽样,对临床60名护理硕士进行问卷调查。调查问卷采用护士心理资本问卷中文修订版,包含4个维度:自我效能,希望,韧性,乐观4个维度,该问卷具有较好的信效度,适于我国文化背景的护士心理资本评估。结果临床护理硕士心理资本量表总分为95.57±10.15,处于中上等水平,自我效能维度平均得分为95.57±10.15;希望维度平均得分为29.00±3.76;韧性维度平均得分为23.07±3.45;乐观维度平均得分为13.14±10.15。不同年龄、职称、科室、月薪、婚姻状况特征护士中,心理资本量表得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经多元回归分析发现,职务、是否倒班、用工性质、是否承担或参与课题研究是影响临床护理硕士心理资本得分的主要影响因素。结论临床护理硕士心理资本的整体水平较好,护理管理者应依据其主要影响因素,实施有效干预,促进护理硕士达到最佳生理和心理状态,更好地发挥优势服务临床。Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of psychological capital of nurses with master degree,so as to provide evidence for the intervention that can improve their psychological capital levels and ability of clinical services. Methods Totals 60 nurses with master degree were investigated with the questionnaire. Chinese nursing psychological capital scale with 4 dimensions of self-efficacy,hope,tenacity and optimism was used. Results The total score of psychological capital of nurses with master degree was（95. 57 ± 10. 15） that was at the upper-middle level. The scores of 4dimensions were（ 95. 57 ± 10. 15） for self-efficacy,（ 29. 00 ± 3. 76） for hope,（ 23. 07 ± 3. 45） for tenacity,and（13.14 ±10.15） for optimism,respectively. The nurses with different ages,title of technical posts,department,monthly salary,and marital status had no statistically significant in the psychological capital scores（P 〉0. 05）. And the multivariate regression analysis results showed that the duty,shift,nature of employment,participating or presenting research were the main influencing factors of psychological capital of nurses. Conclusion The level of psychological capital of nurses with master degree is good,effective intervention should be taken to promote them to have best status to provide better service for clinic.
