摘 要:聚晶立方氮化硼(Polycrystalline cubic Boron Nitride,PcBN)是继聚晶金刚石之后的又一超硬耐磨材料,广泛用于机械、冶金和电子等领域。就金属添加对烧结体的影响做了系统的实验研究,结果表明,烧结过程中加入少量的金属铝和钴,可以使氮化硼晶粒之间实现较强的结合,明显地提高PcBN烧结体的密度与机械强度,然而添加金属铜却起不到这种作用。定性分析了不同金属影响高压烧结PcBN的原因。PcBN(Polycrystalline cubic Boron Nitride,PcBN)is a kind of fabricated superhard material just as polycrystalline diamond compact(PDC).Its hardness and wear-resistant are second only to PDC,so it is widely used in machinery,metallurgy and electronics.In this paper,the effect of metal additive on the high pressure sintering PcBN is systemically studied.It shows that the small amount addition of aluminum and cobalt to cubic boron nitride(cBN)can enhance the combination between cBN grains,and also improve the bulk density and mechanical strength of the sintered body.The results,however,are not achieved when adding copper into cBN.How do different metal additives affect high pressure sintering PcBN is analyzed qualitatively.
