慢性饮酒对雄性大鼠精子顶体完整率及精子动态参数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量乙醇对大鼠精子顶体完整率及精子动态参数的影响。方法 40只健康雄性成年Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为4组,每组10只。对照组大鼠给予蒸馏水灌胃,乙醇低、中、高剂量组分别给予无水乙醇0.5、2.5、5.0 g·kg-1·d-1灌胃,连续20周。比较各组大鼠精子顶体完整率及精子密度、平均速率、直线运动速率、曲线运动速率、精子头侧摆幅度、鞭打频率、前向性、直线性的变化。结果乙醇低、中、高剂量组大鼠精子顶体完整率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与低剂量组比较,中、高剂量组精子顶体完整率均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,乙醇低、中、高剂量组大鼠的精子动态参数均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);与低剂量组比较,中、高剂量组大鼠精子动态参数均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论慢性饮酒可导致大鼠精子顶体完整率与精子动态参数出现不同程度异常。Objective To investigate the effect of different levels of ethanol on acrosome intact rate and sperm dynamic parameters of male rats. Methods A total of 40 healthy male adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups,10 rats in each group. The rats in control group were given distilled water,while the rats in low,medium and high ethanol dose groups were given 0. 5,2. 5,5. 0 g·kg^-1·d^-1 ethanol for 20 consecutive weeks. Changes of acrosome intact rate,sperm density,the average speed in each group,linear motion velocity,curvilinear motion velocity,sperm cephalic swing amplitude,whipping frequency,straightness,linearity among the groups were compared. Results The acrosome intact rate of low,medium and high group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Compared with the low dose group,acrosome intact rate of medium and high dose groups decreased significantly（ P〈0. 01）. Compared with the control group,the sperm dynamic parameters of each alcoholic rats decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05or P〈0. 01）. Compared with the low dose group,sperm dynamic parameters of medium and high dose groups decreased significantly（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Chronic alcohol consumption leads to abnormity with different degrees of acrosome intact rate and sperm dynamic parameters.
