中药“降压宝”对中青年原发性高血压患者血红蛋白含量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药"降压宝"对中青年原发性高血压患者外周血中血红蛋白水平的影响。方法 197例中青年原发性高血压患者分为试验组100例和对照组97例,2组患者均给予硝苯地平缓释片和氢氯噻嗪片进行基础治疗,试验组患者加用中药"降压宝"辨证给药,对照组患者则加用中药模拟剂;在用药前及用药8周后检测2组患者外周血血红蛋白含量。结果 2组患者治疗前外周血中血红蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.666 0);试验组患者外周血血红蛋白水平治疗后较治疗前下降了(4.05±13.28)g·L-1,对照组患者外周血中血红蛋白水平治疗后较治疗前下降了(0.72±14.41)g·L-1,试验组患者外周血中血红蛋白水平下降值显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034 3)。结论中药"降压宝"可以显著降低中青年原发性高血压患者外周血中血红蛋白水平。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine ＂ Jiangyabao＂ on the level of peripheral blood hemoglobin in patients with essential hypertension. Methods A total of 197 patients with essential hypertensive were divided into test group（ n = 100） and control group（ n = 97）. The patients in the two groups were treated with nifedipine sustained release tablet and hydrochlorothiazide tablet. Based on the foundational treatment,the patients in test group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine ＂ Jiangyabao＂,while the patients in control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine simulation agent. The level of peripheral blood hemoglobin was detected in the two groups before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the level of peripheral blood hemoglobin between the two groups before treatment（ P = 0. 666 0）. After treatment,the decreased value of hemoglobin level in test group was（ 4. 05 ± 13. 28） g·L^- 1,and it in control group was（ 0. 72 ± 14. 41） g·L^- 1. The decreased value of hemoglobin level in test group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P = 0. 034 3）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine ＂ Jiangyabao＂ can significantly reduce the level of peripheral blood hemoglobin in young patients with essential hypertension.
