摘　　要：目的:了解不同产权制度对乡镇卫生院运行状况的影响。方法:采取典型抽样方法,调查南通市两个县(区)的所有乡镇中心卫生院和一般卫生院的运行状况。结果:民营机制对改善乡镇卫生院经济运行状况有明显促进作用;政府举办的乡镇卫生院能更好地执行基本药物制度;政府举办的一般卫生院医疗费用水平明显低于民营机制卫生院,但是存在运行效率低下等问题。结论:坚持政府主导,强化政府监管才能保证乡镇卫生院健康发展。Objective：To investigate the influence of different property regimes on township health center operation.Methods：By using the typical sampling method, the paper investigated the operation status of all township central and general health centers in two counties （districts） of Nantong.Results：Private operation mechanism significantly improved the economic status of township hospitals. Township hospitals managed by government better implemented essential drug system. Cost of general health center managed by government was lower than that of private hospitals. However, those general centers had a common problem of running inefficiently.Conclusion：Government-leading should be insisted and government supervision should be strengthened to assure healthy development of township health centers.
