摘 要:目的:了解2004年7月~2013年10月我国医院手术室护理人力资源配置变化情况,为医院手术室护理人力资源配置改革提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法和二手资料调查法面向67所医院手术室开展护理人力资源配置问卷调查研究。结果在手术床位增加不明显的情况下,三级医院手术室护士及辅助人员总量明显增加(P<0.01);护士/手术床的比例明显增加(P<0.01);但护士/辅助人员、手术床/辅助人员的比例无明显变化(P>0.05)。二级医院手术室各类人力资源配置数据较9年前相比均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论我国手术室护理人力资源存在数量不足、结构不合理的现象,护理工作范畴及护理人力资源配置仍然需要进一步优化,手术室辅助人员的使用需要进一步推广和探索研究。Objective To investigate the changes in the nursing human resources allocation taking place in China's oper- ating room within nine years since July 2004, to provide the reference for the reform of nursing manpower allocation in oper- ating rooms. Methods Survey with questionnaires and secondary sources and research into nursing human resources alloca- tion in the operating rooms of 67 hospitals. Results Without an obvious increase in surgical beds, the number of nurses and supporting staff increased significantly in the third--class hospital operating rooms (P〈0. 01) ; The proportion of nurse/op- eration bed increased significantly (P〈0. 01);But nurse/supporting stuff, operation beds/supporting staff ratio showed no significant change (P〉0. 05). Second--class hospital operating rooms appeared no significant differences in their human aI- location data compared with their condition over nine years ago(P〉0. 05). Conclusion In China, the nursing job category and nursing human resource allocation still needs further optimization in the operating room; it's also necessary to promote and research the use of supporting staff in the operating rooms.
