摘　　要：对西门子S7-200系列PLC应用于干粉配制电控系统的设计思想作了介绍,并且通过台达触摸屏与PLC通讯来检测是否达到控制要求,对系统的硬件组成和软件设计作了较为详细的阐述。该PLC控制系统可达到全自动配制化学药品溶液的目的,并且可以应用在水处理工业、污水处理工业和造纸工业等领域。Siemens S7-200 series PLC electrical control systems used in dry powder formulation design ideas are presented in this paper,and by Delta touch screen and PLC communications to detect whether the control requirements of the hardware components and software design made a more detailed exposition.Field application shows that the PLC automatic control system can achieve the purpose of the preparation of chemical solutions,and can be used in industrial water treatment, sewage treatment industry and paper industrv and other fields.
