摘　　要：目的探讨自我管理教育对鼻出血伴高血压患者血压及自我管理能力的影响。方法通过多种形式对50例鼻出血伴高血压患者进行自我管理教育，并比较教育前后患者血压水平、自我管理能力变化情况。结果自我管理教育后鼻出血伴高血压患者血压明显低于干预前，而饮食、盐控制、疾病监测能力、用药依从性、对疾病治疗态度等评分高于干预前。结论自我管理教育可以提高鼻出血伴高血压患者自我管理能力，降低血压水平，减少鼻再出血风险。Objective To discuss the effect of self-management education on the blood pressure and self-management skills in epistaxis patients with hyertension. Methods 50 cases of epistaxis patients with hypertension were managed with multiple types of self-management education.Their blood pressure levels and self-management ability before and after the education were compared. Results After the self-management education, the patients＇ blood pressure levels were significantly lower than before; their capability on diet, salt control, disease surveillance, medication adherence, as well as the attitude toward the treatment of the disease enhanced. Conclusion Self-management education is effective in improving self-management skills, lowering blood pressure level, reducing risk of re-bleeding of epistaxis patients with hypertension
