268名武警战士眼部疾病分析

摘　　要：目的通过对武警总医院眼科住院的武警战士的眼部疾病的调查分析，获得住院武警战士疾病谱及危险因素，分析疾病产生的原因及影响因素，为针对性的建立武警战士眼病防治体系打下基础。方法收集2004年4月～2013年8月在本院眼科住院的268名战士的资料，分析疾病的构成及疾病产生的影响因素。结果2004年4月-2013年8月在眼科住院的268名武警战士，所患的眼部疾病中，视网膜脱离86例（占31．7％），视神经炎29例（占9．8％），青光眼26例（占9.4％），玻璃体积血15例（占5．5％）。其中，有外伤史76例、行准分子激光手术（LASIK手术）35例。行LASIK手术较未行与LASIK手术视网膜脱离发生率差异有统计学意义（X2=17．49，P〈0．05），但是有既往外伤史视网膜脱离发生率较无处伤史者差异无统计学意义（X2=1．10，P=0．30）。结论武警战士眼病主要为视网膜脱离、视神经炎、玻璃体积血；外伤以及LASIK手术是上述眼病发生的主要危险因素。Objective To explore the hospitalized soldiers＇ different types of eye diseases in aim of understanding their variations, the risk factors of diseases, and analyze the causes of diseases to create the valuable reference for establishing eye disease prevention and control system. Methods The eye disease data was collected from a total of 268 soldiers who were hospitalized in General Hospital of Chinese People＇s Armed Police Force in between April 2004 and August 2013, and the causes and the influence factors of diseases were analyzed. Results 86 cases of the total were retinal detachment with an incidence of 31.3%; 29 cases of optic neuritis with an incidence of 9.8%; 26 cases of glaucoma with an incidence of 9.4%; 15 cases of vitreous body hemorrhage with an incidence of 5.5%. Among them, there were 76 cases of trauma and 35 that had exeimer laser surgery （LASIK surgery）. The incidence of retinal detatchment among the CAPF soldiers with a LASIK history was significantly higher than among those without a LASIK history （X2=17.49, P 〈0.05）. The prevalence rate of retinal detachment among those with a history of eye traumawas 36.8%, not significantly different from that among those without a history of eye trauma （30.2%, X2=1.10, P =0.30）. Conclusion Retinal detachment, optic neuritis, and vitreous hemorrhage are considered as the major eye diseases for CAPF soldiers, while Trauma and LASIK surgery are the major risk factors for the eye disease to occur.
