区域卫生信息化平台建设之管见

摘　　要：从标准规范的建立、医疗卫生信息共享、实现对内对外服务功能、建立卫生信息数据中心等方面综述区域卫生信息化平台建设的主要目标和内容。简要介绍国内外区域卫生信息化平台建设发展的状况,并对其特点进行总结概述,最后从经济发展、系统整合、标准规范、人才队伍等方面就目前区域卫生信息化平台建设中所面临的问题和困难进行讨论,提出相关建议。The paper summarizes the main objectives and contents of regional health informatization platform construction from the aspects of standards establishment,medical and health information sharing,internal and external service function as well as health information data center construction,introduces regional health informatization platform construction status both in China and abroad briefly and summarizes the characteristics.Problems,difficulties and countermeasures are also discussed and analyzed from the aspects of economic development,system integration,standard,talent,etc.
