摘　　要：介绍中国医科大学附属盛京医院图书馆开展的SCI代投稿服务,汇总开展服务6年间已接受论文的详细数据,从容易发表期刊、影响因子、中国作者排名、基金资助、期刊所在国家和大洲情况等方面进行文献计量学分析,初步总结SCI源期刊的投稿与发表规律。The paper introduces the services for submitting to SCI journals in library of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University,summarizes the data about accepted papers during the past 6 years,then carries out bibliometric analysis from the following aspects：journals which are easy for publication,impact factors,ranking of Chinese authors,fund situation,countries and continents distribution of the journals,etc.Submission and publication laws for SCI journals are preliminary summarized.
