摘　　要：分别介绍了某福利院改扩建工程中新增5层钢筋混凝土框架结构的上部结构和基础设计中的问题,着重阐述了撑-系杆模型及空间桁架模型在承台设计中的应用。Based on a welfare house renovation and expansion project, this paper introduces the problems in the structuraland foundation design of the new 5 story building, which is close to the old building and focuses on the application of strut-tie model and space truss model in the design of pile caps.
