摘 要:目的观察前列地尔对缺血性心肌病病人心功能及血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的影响。方法选取缺血性心肌病病人60例,随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例。对照组给予常规抗缺血性心肌病药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用前列地尔10μg/d,共14d。观察两组病人治疗前及治疗后7、14d血浆BNP水平、左心室射血分数(LVEF)及10min步行距离的变化。结果与治疗前相比,两组病人7、14d时血浆BNP水平、LVEF及10min步行距离均有明显改善(F=14.32~89.98,q=3.03~18.17,P〈0.01);治疗组7、14d时血浆BNP水平、LEVF及10min步行距离较对照也有明显改善(t=2.05~4.02,P〈0.05)。结论前列地尔可有效辅助治疗缺血性心肌病,改善心功能。Objective To observe the effect of PGE1on plasma levels of BNP and heart function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy(IC). Methods Sixty patients with IC were equally randomized to control and treatment groups.The patients in the control group received routine medication for IC,and those in the treatment group were offered PGE1,10μg/day,intravenously,for 14days in addition to the therapy given to those in the control group.The differences between the two groups-before and after treatment-were observed in terms of BNP,LVEF and 10-minute walking distance. Results Compared with before therapy,the plasma levels of BNP after 7-and 14-day therapy,LVEF and 10-minute walking distance of patients in the two groups markedly improved(F=14.32-89.98,q=3.03-18.17,P〈0.01).As compared between the two groups,the above parameters were obviously improved in the treatment group versus the control group(t=2.05-4.02,P〈0.05). Conclusion PGE1can be effectively used as an adjunctive therapy medication for ischemic cardiomyopathy to improve patient's heart function.
