镍钛记忆合金肋骨环抱器治疗多发肋骨骨折临床研究

摘　　要：目的：总结重症胸外伤合并多发肋骨骨折应用镍钛记忆合金环抱器手术治疗的诊治经验和临床效果。方法对2009年1月至2013年6月采用环抱器内固定术治疗的148例患者与非内固定治疗的47例患者的临床资料进行分析比较。结果内固定组住院时间、疼痛感觉、呼吸机辅助时间、肺功能恢复指标、并发症均优于非内固定组（P＜0．05）。结论镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折优于保守治疗，值得临床推广。Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis,treatment and clinical effects of Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing fixator for severe chest trauma complicated with multiple rib frac-tures.Methods From January 2009 to June 2013,the clinical data of 148 cases with embracing fixator and 47 cases with noninternal fixation were retrospectively analyzed and compared.Results Internal fixation was superior to noninternal fixation in hospital stay,pain perception,mechanical ventilation time, pulmonary function recovery and complications（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing fixator is better than other conservative therapies in the treatment of multiple rib fractures and it＇s worthy of spreading.
