低浓度含氯消毒剂对口腔综合治疗台水路消毒效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察低浓度含氯消毒剂对口腔综合治疗台水路消毒效果,为制定相关标准提供科学依据。方法采用现场实际消毒效果检测方法,对三氯异氰尿酸消毒剂消毒口腔综合治疗台水路的效果进行了现场试验观察。结果分别用有效氯含量为50、20和10 mg/L的三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片水溶液冲洗消毒以蒸馏水为水源的综合治疗台水路,消毒效果合格率依次为97.2%、91.7%和80.6%。用相同浓度的该消毒液冲洗消毒以市政供水为水源的综合治疗台水路,消毒效果合格率依次为94.4%、66.7%和61.1%。结论用有效氯50 mg/L的含氯消毒剂水溶液冲洗消毒以蒸馏水或市政供水为水源的综合治疗台水路,均可达到消毒效果要求。Objective To observe the disinfection effect of low concentration chlorine disinfectants for dental unit water- lines, so as to provide scientific basis for related standards. Methods The actual disinfectant effect detection for dental unit waterlines with trichloroisocyanuric acid was carried out with actual disinfection effect observation method. Results The dental unit waterlines with distilled water as water source were washed and disinfected with three different concentration, the aqueous solution of trichloroisocyanuric acid effervescent tablet contained available chlorine 50 mg/L, 20 mg/L and 10 mg,/L respectively. The disinfection qualified rate was 97.2%, 91.7% and 80.6%. The disinfection effect qualified rate was 94. 4% ,66. 7% and 61.1% when the dental unit waterlines with tap water as the water source, and washed with the same concentration of the disinfectant. Conclusion Using the available chlorine 50 mg/L of chlorine with distilled water or tap water as water source washing and disinfecting the dental unit waterlines, can meet the requirements of disinfection.
