摘　　要：目的研究PDCA循环圈在口腔科综合治疗台水系统管理中的应用价值。方法通过现场采样和细菌学检验方法,评价PDCA管理措施对口腔科综合治疗台水系统水质卫生管理效果。结果实施第一、第三循环圈管理前后,采样监测结果均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环圈是口腔科综合治疗台水系统管理的有效方法,并能广泛应用于医院感染管理的各个方面。Objective To study the application of PDCA circle applied in dental unit water system management. Methodology On - site sampling and bacteriological testing methods were used to evaluate the water hygiene management effectiveness of dentistry treatment units water system through. Results The samplings monitored had significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ） before and after the implementation of the first and third circle. Conclusion The PDCA circle can be widely used in all aspects of the management of nosocomial infection and it is an effective method for dental unit water system management.
