卫生监督机构对CSSD卫生标准应用情况追踪调查

摘　　要：目的了解卫生监督机构对医疗机构宣贯和应用消毒供应中心(CSSD)卫生标准的情况,找出存在问题和提出改进建议。方法采用问卷调查与测试方法,对江苏省97家不同级别卫生监督机构及其所属卫生监督员进行了分层整群抽样调查与测评。结果此次调查的卫生监督机构中有41.2%的开展过CSSD卫生标准的培训。卫生监督机构对CSSD卫生标准的使用率为49.5%;卫生监督员对CSSD卫生标准知晓率为73.4%。省级卫生监督人员对CSSD标准知晓率高于下级者,高级技术职称人员知晓率高于初中级者。结论作为卫生法规执法单位的卫生监督机构对CSSD卫生标准培训力度不够,自身对CSSD标准内容掌握不熟练,应加强自身培训,提高执法水平。Objective To understand the application situation of hygienic standards for central sterile supply department （CSSD） of medical health supervision institutions, find out problems and put forward suggestions for improvement. Methods By using the method of questionnaire and test in Jiangsu province, 97 different level health supervision agency and its subordinate hygiene supervisors were stratified cluster sampling investigation and evaluation. Results The survey of health supervision institutions conducted CSSD of the health standard was trained in 41.2% of medical health supervision institutions. CSSD utilization rate of health supervision institutions was 49.5%. The understanding rate of health supervisors to CSSD health standard was 73.4%. The knowing rate of provincial health supervision personnel to CSSD was high than the inferiorities, the knowing rate of persons with senior technical titles was high than persond with primary or intermediate title. Conclusion As the health law enforcement unit of health supervision institutions do not pay enough attention to the CSSD health standards training and not skilled master the CSSD standard content. Health supervision institutions should strengthen own training, improve the level of law enforcement.
