摘 要:目的研究血糖水平对重症监护病房危重症患者医院感染发生的影响,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法通过回顾性调查方法,对某医院重症监护病房重症患者血糖与医院感染的相关性进行了研究与分析。结果 60例高血糖重症患者院内感染发生率为20.0%,120例血糖正常的重症患者院内感染发生率为5.0%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析表明,高血糖、呼吸机使用时间、疾病急性生理与慢性健康评分值,构成重症患者医院感染的独立危险因素。结论高血糖是诱发ICU危重症患者医院感染的危险因素,控制病人血糖也是降低重症病人医院感染发生率的有效措施之一。Objective To research the impact of blood sugar levels to critically ill patients in intensive care unit with hospital infection, and provide the basis for the development of prevention and control measures. Methods Retrospective investigation methods was used to study and analysis the relationship between blood sugar and hospital infection in a hospital intensive care unit for critically ill patients. Results 60 cases of high blood sugar in patients had hospital infection, the rate was 20. 0%. 120 cases of normal blood glucose in patients had hospital infection, the rate was 5.0%. There was statistically significant differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Multivariate analysis showed that high blood sugar, ventilator time, APACH II score were independent risk factor for hospital infection in critically ill patients. Conclusion High blood sugar was a risk factors for critically ill patients in ICU having hospital infection. Blood sugar control is also one of the effective measures to reduce the incidence of infection in critically ill patients in the hospital.
