摘  要:简要介绍生产加锶A356.2铝合金锭的基本原理,分析了生产加锶A356.2铝合金中针孔形成的根源。以双向变频精炼技术设备,对铝液双向净化处理,并通过控制生产过程中烘烤硅、熔炼、精炼等工艺,使加锶A356.2铝合金锭的针孔度稳定在二级以内,获得优良铸锭,达到制作高品质铸件的要求。The principle of A356.2 alloy ingot added strontium was briefly introduced in this paper, and the formation reason of pinhole was analyzed during the produetion A356.2 alloy added strontium. After aluminum liquid was completed by the equipment of bidirectional converter refining for bidirectional purifying treatment, the pinhole was controlled in grade Ⅱ in Al -Sr alloy ingots by controlling the temperature of silicon smelting, refining, baking during the produetion process, and requirements of the high quality castings could be met.
