摘  要:对烟气净化系统能耗高的问题进行分析与研究,提出了降低烟气净化系统运行成本的技术思路,着重从利用新技术槽型优化降低单槽排烟量、对电解槽集气系统进行全密封改进减少集气系统漏风、优化净化系统设备结构减少系统送风量等方面提出改进措施,并应用于生产运行实践,在保障净化系统平稳运行达标排放的同时达到节能降耗的目的,取得了可观的经济效益。In this paper problems of high energy consumption in pot fume scrubbing system were analyzed and researched, the technical idea of reducing operation costs of pot fume scrubbing system was put forward, improving measures were proposed including reducing single pot fume exhausting by utilizing new technology, reducing air leakage of air collecting system by improving sealing system and reducing air volume supplied of the system by optimizing equipment structure of the scrubbing system. These measures were applied to production practices to ensure the scrubbing system operation stable and realize energy saving and consumption reducing, and considerable economic benefits were gain.
