北极航线开通之轮机部对策

摘　　要：为应对北极航线的正式开通,依据在北极地区航行的实际体验,对商船在该地区航行时应注意的事项(包括轮机部人员素质、机舱动力设备的操作与保养、航行时的环境保护,以及在北极地区航行时的其他要求)进行较为详细的论述。此外,从轮机部的角度,借鉴"雪龙"考察船的结构特点补充几点建议,认为轮机部技术人员应积极迎接北极航线的开通,做好充分准备,制定好相应的对策,以在管理上、技术上以及人员素质上提前达到北极航行的要求。In response to the opening of the Arctic sea routes,on the basis of the experience of sailing at the Arctic,the special instructions are given to the Engine Departments of vessels sailing at this area,concerning staff quality,machine operation and maintenances,as well as environment protectionand and so on,and other special requirements are described in detail,such as vessel＇s steel material,ballasting heating and auxiliary boilers etc.From the angle of Engine Department,some recommendations are given according to the structure of M/V Xue Long,for helping ma rine engineers prepared for the opening of the Arctic sea routes.
