知柏地黄丸对解脲脲原体感染不育患者精液指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察知柏地黄丸对解脲脲原体(UU)感染不育患者精液指标的影响及临床疗效。方法选择合并UU感染的不育(精子活力低下症)患者120例,随机分为知柏地黄丸治疗组(观察组)64例和西药治疗组(对照组)56例。治疗组以知柏地黄丸口服,对照组口服VitE、ATP及敏感抗生素。中西药组均治疗75天,治疗前后对精液指标进行检测并行对比分析,观察临床疗效。结果治疗后两组精子活率、活力及正常形态百分率较治疗前均有改善,观察组各指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治愈率28.12%,总有效率为89.06%,对照组治愈率为16.07%,总有效率为69.64%,两组治愈率和总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论知柏地黄丸可以通过抑制UU生长,改善精液理化状况,提高精液质量,有效治疗UU感染性不育症。Objective To observation the clinical effect and the change of sperm quality in male infertile with Ureaplasma urealyticum（ Uu） infection after treatment with Zhibai Dihuang Pill（ ZBDHP）. Methods 120 cases of male infertility patients with UU- infection were randomly divided into 2groups： treatment group of 64 cases（ Observation group） were given ZBDHP while control group of 56 cases were given VitE and antibiotics. After 75d of treatment,semen parameters were analyzed to observe the clinical efficacy. Results After treatment,there were statistically significant differences between observation group and control group in sperm viability,vigor and percentage normal morphology difference（ P〈 0. 05）; In ZBDHP group the cure rate was 28. 12% and the total efficiency was 89. 06%; in control group the cure rate was 16. 07%,and the total effective rate was 69. 64%; the differences between 2 groups were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Zhibai Dihuang pill can eliminate Uu and improve the quality of semen,so ZBDHP is effective in the treating Uu infection in male infertility.
